Active Membership — Physician

Member Dues

Membership renewal is handled as part of the Annual Meeting registration process. If you are not attending this year’s meeting, you can still renew your membership

Individual Physician Membership shall be open to all Board Certified or Board Eligible Physicians in their area of specialty.

Active Membership — Nonphysician Provider

Individual Nonphysician Provider Membership shall be open to all licensed providers working in rheumatology (NPs and PAs).

Nonprovider Member

Individual Nonprovider Membership shall be open to any licensed healthcare professional (RN or Practice Managers). Nonprovider Members shall not have voting rights on any matters presented to the Members for consideration. Nonprovider Members may not serve as Directors or Officers of the Corporation; and may serve on the committees of the Corporation.

Candidate Membership

Individual Student Membership shall be open to any individual of good standing as a Resident, Fellow, or Student in the field of Rheumatology in the state of Arizona. Student Members shall not have voting rights on any matters presented to the Members for consideration. Student Members may not serve as Directors or Officers of the Corporation; and may serve on the committees of the Corporation.
