Message From the Chairman of the Board
Welcome to Arizona United Rheumatology Alliance.
As the new elected AURA 2020–2023 board, we are dedicated to our AURA mission of the education of health professionals in the field of Rheumatology and advocacy for patients with rheumatic diseases throughout the state of Arizona. The year 2020 brought a lot of challenges to many organizations, rheumatology practices, and patients. Those challenges reflected on our organization’s main focus as we struggled last year to have our yearly conference. However we ended up having a successful conference at the end of 2020.
Rheumatology is changing and we experience the changes daily. Here at AURA, we are dedicated to keep our rheumatologists in the state of Arizona up-to-date on these changes by working with the pharmaceutical companies, advocacy organizations, and presenting the most up-to-date clinical, educational and legislative information during our yearly conference.
